Warranty Coverage
We warrants to the original purchaser that our electronic music instruments are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Floating Knobs will, at its sole discretion, either:

Repair the defective product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

Exchange the defective product with a new product or a product that is functionally equivalent to the original.

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear.

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, or unauthorized modifications or repairs.

Damage caused by unofficial firmware.

Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic on ports.

Damage caused by external causes, including but not limited to extreme temperatures, power surges, or natural disasters.

Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or resellers.

Product returned and packed with insufficient care.

How to Obtain Warranty Service
To obtain warranty service, please follow these steps:

Contact Floating Knobs customer support at dorian[at]floatingknobs.com to report the issue and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Provide a proof of purchase (e.g., a receipt, order confirmation, order number...).

Ship the product, along with the RMA number and proof of purchase, to the address provided by our customer support team. The product should be shipped in its original packaging or in packaging that provides an equal degree of protection.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the product to Floating Knobs. Floating Knobs will cover the shipping costs to return the repaired or replacement product to the customer.

Turnaround Time: Floating Knobs will make every effort to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time frame.
